

This is one of my favorite books and of course, it helps that it's written by my dad! At 77 years old he is in phenominal shape, still plays softball 3 times per week, bowls twice per week, has participated in the Senior Olympics for the past ten years and exercises every day. This is 2nd book he has written. His first book, "You'll Never Believe It" was all about his experiences being a police officer for 34 years in Montclair, New Jersey.
In Let's Talk Fitness, he interviewed over 50 people from age 17 to 100 to see what they do to stay fit, as well as including his own program. Included were a cross section of people from policeman, fireman, teacher, nutritionist, doctor, personal trainer and more. Each individual talks about their own fitness routine and provides inspirational stories that will encourage you to find your own path to fitness.
This book is very easy to read and I hightly recommend Let's Talk Fitness for anyone wanting to live a healthy and long life.
